We quickly realized that TrimmerGuard has more uses than just what we originally planned for. You can use trimmer guard to protect any low voltage wires including exterior lighting and even fiber or copper data cables.
The product is manufactured deep in the heart of Texas and is 100% American made. We have done our best to make this product to be the highest quality cable guard on the market. We have been able to successfully market this product to multiple hardware stores and companies and since 2007 we have made our product available to consumers directly over the Internet.

The new version of TrimmerGuard is improved from the version that is in the video above (which is the first commercial version). It is now all one piece making for an even simpler install. In addition, it also comes pre-drilled with screw holes to make it easier to adhere to wood siding and other types of exterior wall coverings. TrimmerGuard comes in black but can be easily painted to match the color of your house or exterior wall. TrimmerGuard protects phone lines, cable TV lines, Internet cables, security cables, exterior lighting, and other low voltage exterior cables. TrimmerGuard uses a very high bond, exterior grade adhesive tape to ensure a strong and long lasting adhesion to the house or structure. The only tool required to install a TrimmerGuard is a hammer (unless you choose to use the optional screw holes). It’s easy to install and will last for years.
