alright, so right now i have virgin mobile, it costs me 20.00 a month for unlimited texting, and i get free minutes which is cool but the service is absolutely horrible and the phones suck so i have to switch. i\'m deciding on either verizon or at&t. i\'ve heard the signal is about the same, but i\'ve also heard that verizon doesn\'t use sim cards in their phone and i was planning on getting an unlocked phone. both the prepaid plans are 20.00 a month for unlimited texting and a quarter a minute. and at&t has rollover minutes but i\'m not sure if verizon does. and i\'m guessing neither have free minutes like virgin mobile, which is the only thing i will miss. help please, which is better for my needs? =)

I think At&t has better plans for your phone, but Verizon definitely has better service. So it basically depends on what you want more of, service or a good plan. If you plan to be texting a lot and really need your rollover minutes, I\'d get At&t but if you live somewhere where it\'s hard to get service or you plan on talking more than texting, I\'d get Verizon. Hope this helped verizon repair | verizon billing | verizon customer service | verizon credit

i have verizon, and there\'s free texting and calling to anyone verizon member(with a plan) and on weekends, you can call people without using your minutes. and i love their phones. and i never roamed a call.
you could look in consumer reports. i know they once had an article about cell phone companies

It seems where I live that Verizon generally has service in more locations. AT&T can truly fail in some truly obvious areas. It\'s a good thing they have the iPhone.

My sisters both have verizon and it costs them $25.00 a month for unlimited texting. I would go with AT&T! (I have u.s cellular and they only cost 10 for unlimited texting...but the plan sucks!)

I have verizon, no roll overs, but I like it. I don\'t know anything about the sim cards, never even heard of it. Good luck, I know it\'s crazy trying to figure out the best one to go with.
