Tickets to the "Kids' Inaugural Concert" ?? ?

I heard there is going to be some inauguration thing for Obama called the Kids' Inaugural Concert?
"The show will air Monday, January 19 on Disney Channel: Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Bow Wow, Billy Ray Cyrus,
Keke Palmer, Usher, & Shaquille O'Neal are scheduled to appear.
The concert will be held at the Verizon Center. It is free, but you'll need a ticket
to get in."
Does anyone know how to get tickets???
