Price to activate a phone through Verizon?

Hey guys/gals, I am wondering how much it is going to cost me to activate a \"new\" phone through Verizon. I have been a customer for some time and I have a Verizon phone now but I want to buy a different one (yes, I get bored of my phone quick lol). I will not be buying it from Verizon nor trading my phone in (they shouldn\'t have to charge me a restocking fee like they did the last time I bought a new phone before my contract expired) so will it cost me anything still?

im pretty sure it costs like 30 bucks.. just to activate
