Best internet choice for me?

okay I wanna get internet over here at my moms. Here\'s some problems, comcast and verizon are out of question because she owes them money. And I\'m afraid to start credit just yet to have it in my name. And i want to get something cheapish around $30 at most.(not dial up) LOL, another hard part is she dident really want to have to pay phone and that causes problems too, but she said she may consider it. I mainly want internet for gaming...just something that well run normal games. like at least the game WOW.... But right now im just clueless and dont know where to look for internet providers. Plz help me =(.... thank you.. (I LIVE IN INDIANA!)
