Will something go on my cable bill if i didnt order it?

I hate to ask this but here it goes...
i was flipping through my cable (time warner) and stopped at HBO Zoned. We have HBO for free. A movie was on and I was going to watch it but I decided to go outside instead. I came up stairs hours later and the tv show \"Real Sex\" was on the tv. It wasnt ordered. Will it come up on the bill and can my parents find out? I dont want them to think i was watching porn because I wasn\'t.
