What bout changing to DT TV. Time Warner cable say they won\'t charge for HD. What about?

Only the Newbies will be getting discounts on signing up for the first time?
If you have had Time Warner Cable for ages at a month to month fee, what will happen? Will they change and increase the fees?  
I have looked at their website and it looks like us faithful people will have to pay more.  Is that fair? Or did I read it wrong?

of using or not, price is same.
