I have time warner cable. My second tv is hooked up to the cable directly (no cable box). The channel scan picks up some channels that look like video on demand or pay-per-view channels. Is there anyway that I will get charged for watching these channels?

no, it is illegal but I wouldn\'t worry about it. Your second tv probably has a digital Tuner that de-scrambles some channels I forgot  what they where called LG tvs have them and if your steal cable you get most of paper view and can even watch what your neighbors are watching.

you get charged for cable for each address and only get charged extra for expanded packages and watching pay per view shows and movies on any tv at that address.
