Insignia TV Screen Help?

I have an Insignia 37\" LCD tv.  I have had it about 2 years, and just moved.  I am with Time Warner Cable also.  Anyways, now that we have the cable set up, I have a transparent box in the upper right corner of my tv, with the number 2 in it.  I do not know how to get rid of it (as I do not know if it is my tv or my cable box).  Can someone help?  It is driving me crazy.  Thanks.

Press the display button on your TV\'s remote and press it until the number disappears....

Now if that pops up a different box, THEN you know it\'s the Cable box displaying that info....Find the display button on the remote for the cable box and press that until it disappears.

If you do not find a display button, look for an INFO button on both.
