Disney on Demand error 32?

I want to watch Disney on demand on my Time Warner Cable DVR box. When i choose play on any episode, it says \"whatever the name of the episode is\" is unavailable at this time, please try again later. Error 32. Anyone know how to fix it?

i don\'t have disney on demand but i have cinemax, hbo and showtime on demand and they have been all saying the same thing for a few days. \"unavailable at this time\"
it\'s most likely an issue on time warner\'s side.
hopefully it\'ll be back soon.
