Cable Out? (Time warner cable)?

the cable is out and i use time warner cable. the screen is just gray. I live in new your btw

Are you using internet service from them?  If internet is up, the path is good.

I get grey screen using TIVO and adapter.  Stupid service sucks and takes awhile to switch between channels.
