when my friend got new qwest internet service, the installation for it installed windows live messenger and he doesnt want it. i went to add/remove prgrams in the control panel and it says the settings for the account need to be administrative. i checked into that in safe mode and everything is administrative but it still wont allow me to uninstall it. ive tried restarting the computer. theres no need for the program and its getting in the way automoatically popping up on start, you know jsut a hassle to have to go out of our way to close it out. any help on how to uninstall this?
