I\'m using a Qwest broadband internet connection. I\'ve been thinking about using a Netgear wireless G router, would one of those work?
This is probably an obvious question but I\'m kind of a noob when it comes to this.

you cant really go wrong.  Just make sure you buy a wireless router.  Almost all modems have an ethernet port to plug your router right in. My recommendation would a linksys wrt54G router.  If your laptop or whatever you want to connect to the wireless is 802.11n compatable and you have a little spending money you could also buy a linksys wrt610n which will increase speed and performance of your wireless network. Officially i would recommend the linksys wrt54G.
