Qwest blocks inbound ports for their DSL internet service. If you want to have a home server you are out of luck. ssh, ftp, http, etc. ports are blocked. To make things extra lame, they tell you that they cannot help you with this at all, refuse to connect you with anyone with networking knowledge and have the audacity close with "Thank you for calling Qwest. Have a nice day."
If you want to use a home server for any business (e. g. I am a roving software developer), *do not* choose Qwest at all
