So I\'m moving into a townhouse in new development, and I believe I can only get Qwest DSL there.  They have 2 options for me:

1) Connection speeds Up to 1.5 Mbps downstream/up to 896 Kbps upstream
2) Connection speeds Up to 3 Mbps downstream/up to 640 Kbps upstream

The first one has slower downstream, but a faster upstream; so I\'m confused on which one would be better.  I also mostly just use my PS3 online for MGO.  Could anyone let me know which one would be better (if either of them would be any good at all)?

Either will work.  I also use Qwest DSL and my download/upload speeds are worse than those.  Although, my \"access point\" is in Denver, over 60 miles away from me.  Distance from this \"point\" is a very big factor with DSL internet access speeds.

You don\'t need the best connection in the world to be able to play on the PSN, one of its strongpoints.  Upstream is only a factor if you\'re the host of a game, and even then it may not be a big deal since PSN doesn\'t rely on the PS3 user as a server like the 360 does.  It may be a different story with headsets cuz it adds to the bandwith and will sign you out of PSN constantly if the connection is weak enough.  This happens to me so I don\'t use my headset while gaming online.

Be advised, Qwest is one of the more inconsistent Internet Service Providers.
