This is my second ps3 in a week. Whenever I try to scan for a wireless signal th ps3 tells me that it did not detect the acess point. My xbox sees it, my laptop sees it, my iPhone sees it, but my ps3 does not. Not to mention there are 10-20 other wireless signals in the area (apartment complex) that it should atleast be able to identify and its not.

Just to be sure the ps3\'s wireless was not broken, i brought it to my brothers house to test it. It immediately found a wireless signal from his Lynksys router....

I have Qwest dsl with a motorla 3347 modem/router, does anyone know of a way to get it to work?

There are quite a few possibilities, but try inputting the SSID and passkey manually into the ps3, instead of running a scan.
