Is Qwest 3.0 mbps fast?

Me and my girlfriend are getting Qwest 3.0mbps next week and we would like to know if it is fast or not. We are planning to go school online and we do not want any internet that will slow us down. We were going to get the 7mbps or something better but it wasn't available in our apartments. so please help!

that's pretty slow, it would be really noticeable. try not to get anything below 7mbps if you can afford it.
