I have Qwest internet why do I need MSN.?

Qwest hi speed internet requires me to buy MSN for an extra 25 dollars a month because supposedly I need it to access the internet. Why can't I just plug the line into my computer and have it work with out getting the MSN which is not even compatible with my Mac I understand?

Sounds to me like Qwest does not support Mac's! You may need to find another ISP!

You really need to ask Qwest if they even support Mac's. And why you need MSN.
