I have Qwest DSL with MSN Premium and I checked the membercenter.msn.com and saw that the install/program should be compatible with Vista. When I try to install..It tells me that I am not connected to the internet even though I am connected, I have tried to run the install as XP SP2 in compatibility mode but still no luck and have even ran as Admin
Yes I am running Windows Vista 64 Bit and there is no option for downloading a 64 bit version of MSN Explorer via membercenter.msn.com

There are certain applications that are Os operation dependant specially meant for 32 bit and 64 bit Operating.

http://infosyndrome.blogspot.com/2009/06/selecting-operating-system-32-bit-or-64.html

You should download the correct version and use it.

you cannot claim that my nVidia driver aint working in 64 bit os which was using for years , the fact it must have been a 32 bit OS

Cheers!!
