So been having problems with DSL through Qwest.  It finally came to blaming the 5 year old Modem.  Got the new modem, but still have disconnect problems.  The new modem shows a little more detail and I see
SN Margin (dB)Down--1.00 Up--6.00

When I first get connected the down starts around 20.00
But the longer I\'m on the internet it keeps going down?  What would cause this?
How does it get fixed!
(Right before I post I\'m getting 0.-50)

Hello, my name is Brian and I work for Qwest.  I ran across your post here, and noticed that you are having issues with your DSL connection.  I would like to offer help, to try and get your internet running correctly.

If you would like more help, please send me an e-mail to TalkToUs@Qwest.com, and put my name in the subject line.  I will get you in touch with one of our DSL tech support specialists.

Thanks, and I look forward to helping you soon.
