I have quest internet (dsl 1.5 kb) I remember that about a year ago i check my speed at 192.168.0.1 and it was 1500 kbps. Now I have notice that my internet has been slower for the last week and today i check for my speed again and it says that my speed it 608 kbps when its suppose to be 1500 kbps.

Can I sue them for that and for how much?
Wally please dont insult me by saying that Im white. Im a proud Mexicano. And you say that I want to steal money from them? No I dont want to steal money from them but i do want them to stop stealing money from me cuz they are not giving me what I am paying for.

hmmm i don\'t know about suing them, have you read the terms and coditions you signed with them?? You might be able to call them and let them know you are not satisfied with them and try to get maybe some money credited back or what not. But usually in the terms and conditions ( that box that you have to check that says you agree ) might state either a time limit that you have to dispute something. Or that you are accepting there services as is... good luck Smiley
