hmmm i don\'t know about suing them, have you read the terms and coditions you signed with them?? You might be able to call them and let them know you are not satisfied with them and try to get maybe some money credited back or what not. But usually in the terms and conditions ( that box that you have to check that says you agree ) might state either a time limit that you have to dispute something. Or that you are accepting there services as is... good luck
