my i.s.p.(internet service provider) is cox communications.
they wont let me download any torrents. is there any program or software that i can use so they wont know im downloading torrents.?
please help.

Get a better ISP. If they're throttling your connection then they are s**t and don't deserve your custom.

How obnoxious.  DSL from the phone company doesn't have that kind of limitation.  Ultimately, you might want to switch.

In the meantime, you might try using uTorrent, and setting Encryption ON.  That could prevent the packets as being recognized as P2P type.

I am not endorsing going against your ISP agreement, if this was part of it, by the way.  That's your choice.
