My Internet Service Provider (Cox Communications) does not allow the use of port 25 to send messages in bulk. Is there a free SMTP server that I can use instead?

port 25 is the standard default generic port like aol uses 587 and gmail uses 465 or sometimes they get by with 25 anyway ure answer is use any ree web base mail like yahoo, gmail, aol, hotmail, live mail, etc...
google search for free email (tons) pick 1 u like
