Hello, I play a game called \"Sudden Attack.\" When I start up the game and head on in, I get good frame rate and whatnot. And when I do get some bad frame rate, I would just restart my computer and it\'s all gone. But on other days, I would get really bad frame rate where even if I do restart my computer, it\'s still there.

Here are my computer\'s specs:
Type: Laptop
Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo T5300 1.73 GHz
System RAM: 1014 MB
Graphic Adapter: Mobile Intel(R) 945 GM/GU Express Chipset Family
Graphic Memory: 224 MB
DirectX Version: 10
Hard Disk Free Space: 163 GB
Internet Service Provider: Cox Communications
Connection Type: Wireless

Also I use a TOSHIBA Satellite P205 Notebook. If possible, does anyone know if I can change the graphics card on this?

Thanks for the help guys!
