Does anyone else have this issue when watching a show on FOX?

When I am watching FOX, the volume goes in and out about every 10 minutes...Like all of a sudden the sound is fine then for a second or two, theres no sound or it is very low. I know it's not my TV, It has happened on three other TVs.

I don't know what's wrong....is this happening to anyone else?

FOX for me is channel 11...My cable is cox communications..(New England)
