All MMORPG launchers aren\'t working, help?

Alright, I recently just switched back to Cox Communications with a Linksys router and a Motorola modem. I just started playing Mabinogi, and I realized the launcher wouldn\'t load. Then I tried Perfect World, THAT didn\'t work either. I\'ve realized that where the little screen where it shows a browser\'s page, it\'s blank and it\'s always stuck on \'patching\'. Does anyone know what\'s happening?

My firewall is off.
