i have a onkyo audio receiver an hp hdtv 1080i a ps3 and comcast receiver box.
so i have a hdmi cable going out of the comcast box into the audio receiver and from the audio receiver to the tv via hdmi cable.
also my ps3 is going into the audio receiver then into the tv via hdmi cable and when i go to watch tv or play the ps3 i get and error message "Your HDMI is not HDCP compatible plug in yPbPr cables to continue watching tv.

I would go directly into the tv through HDMI from the box and PS3  and from the tv to the reciever for surround sound and c if that works.
