help downloading the new comcast high speed internet?

I need to download the new high speed internet but my security settings won't let me ,and the link I press to download it isn't showing up .

Does anyone know how to help me change my security settings?
like it matters how I worded it  ,I asked for help changing my security settings that's it don't leave answers about anything else
I already have comcast this morning when I tryed to go on the internet it said I had to download something new for it . The problem is that when I try to I says my security settings don't allow it so I tryed changing them but then the link you press to download it stopped showing.

in the two years iv worked for comcast i have never seen or heard of any download you need for comcast internet other than the initial setup.
