Ok they fix a dangling line in my yard that belongs to a neighbor. Now my TV is wacky!
Had the 3 for 99 deal- lots of hidden charges,, cancel the phone, no worries right- no, I have to exchange modems, can't get the internet to work, call the line, CSR gets internet working but says signal strength is too low wants to send a tech.

Meanwhile - figured I would get the digital box in case I want a pay per view special, blockbuster closed up by me too.

The sound goes haywire, spend an hr on the phone for nothing, got to exchange the box, I go get a new box, tech shows for bad signal, internet is fine TV is messed up still, he never looked at the TV!!!! I told him 3 times - he says signal is fine and leaves.

Tv starts buzzing and rolling for days at a time, call again can't get someone for a week (i work) sit home for 2.5 Hrs for a no show, I call and they said the tech called and I didn't answer the phone so he didn't come... What?

I don't call my doctor to see if he's in when I have an appt, why are they calling me? I have to reschedule, a week later (TV still rolling). He comes out says nothing is wrong- it may be my dvd player....Hum those pesty privately owned pieces of equipment.

Tv starts rolling again.... Thinking satellite, no more bs... Or knology
