Is this a good letter to send to the ESA for infringement?

I want to take some of your time to apologize for my illegal use of file downloading and that I will never attempt to use or borrow copyrighted files again.  I just wanted to see if i could play the PSP game on my computer.  I have deleted the game and even uninstalled all of my P2P file host.
