ok i have a motorola surf board router, ethernet cable and charter high speed internet. then every thing goes good until i get to the DNS and then it says FAILED how can i fix this porblem???

Xbox dosent have live any more but if your on xbox 360, choose your network from the network list and set everything to automatic.
