Charter Communications Calling to Canada?

Well I\'ve been looking it up and we just switched to charter communications; phone, Cable internet, TV, and all of that. To get the jist of my location, i live in NC, and well i have a close friend that lives in Canada and her microphone just broke and i would like to be able to call her but not pay. It says all over that Charters phone plans include Canada for free unlimited calling, But i would just like to make sure before calling there.

If it says calls to Canada are free, then it is probably true.  If in doubt, call charter customer service to confirm.

Now days, there is very little difference in cost, or no difference, to call Canada from USA and vise versa.  With the VoIP phone services I use, the cost is the same across USA or to Candada.
