Can you use a Sprint Airave & Vonage-VOIP on the same connection?

I have Charter Communications Cable internet with a very good download and upload connection. I am using a Netgear CG814WG. Can anyone tell me if I can use a product from Sprint called the Sprint AIRAVE (see http://www.sprint.com/airave ) and Vonage-VOIP phone service on the same connection. My concern is they will clash with port forwarding and tech issues, can anyone help?
