If you didn\'t change any router settings and your positive you haven\'t reached your monthly download limit or something (i get shaped back to 64kbps if i go over 150gig) then it\'s probably a problem on their end, not yours. Call your isp tech support and complain. If enough people log complaints they\'ll get around to fixing it. If they give you advice on tech support, i\'d follow it too
