Why am I getting this email again and again? Important: Verification Required - Action Needed?

ATT-Yahoo is the spammer.  Tech support says there is no way to stop this email from coming to me,several times a day. This email sends me to a website that is not related to the subject and the phone number disconnects me telling me I have no Watts line access. ATT is a joke.

Att-Yahoo is a disaster.  Bring back Bellsouth!

No, ATT-Yahoo is NOT the spammer. You are causing part of this yourself. Eveytime you get one of these, you open it, which sends a notification back to the spammer that yours is a real, live email address. Therefore, you continue to get more of the same kind of spam. Stop opening this junk and put it all in spam. Spam is NOT the fault of your ISP.

It is spam mail, not from AT&T at all.
Yahoo would not ask you for your personal information in an E-mail like that.
It is a scam to get your personal information and/or money.
Do not respond to it.
Report it to yahoo, so they are aware.
