Today the hackers are coming in so fast I can not even write them down fast enough.    They are using the same port.   Every second, they come in.  Most of these are from the US.  Using Comcast, roadrunner, cox, sbcglobal, verizon, bellsouth, sky, coming from Canada. Milton, Au, Mexico etc.  The ones from the US are using the same port.   Will that break that port down?  I have a firewall.  Maybe there was a discount for my IP number. HA

This is probably a botnet scanning for a particular service (which would normally be on a particular port), so that it can exploit it.  This is commonly known as \"Internet Background Radiation\" and it\'s the reason that it\'s a good idea for you to have a firewall.

This won\'t break the port down -- If your firewall can stop one of these, it can stop millions.
