Outlook Express problem.?

No matter what I put in outgoing or the incoming line it don\'t seem to work always a problem PLEASE help what do I do?
I am tring to use a bellsouth email

Cassie, I suggest you confirm all of the configuration is correct, not only the mail servers. Please read the article [1] \"How To: Set Up Outlook Express to Send Email Through mail.bellsouth.net\".
