Is Yahoo having SMTP problems?

I\'m using Outlook Express to acces my ATT Yahoo email.  I\'m using my bellsouth.net e-ddress, and the pop.att.yahoo.com and smtp.att.yahoo.com servers.  I can receive email fine, but I\'m starting to wonder about the mail I send.  I haven\'t gotten any bounce back emails or anything, but no replies either.  Also, I\'ve noticed some others are having problems as well.
Should I just use the web interface instead?
