Ok, I am soooo tired of having to call Time Warner at least 2-3 times a month because of their shoddy product, but my biggest peeve has to do with having to talk to someone from a foreign country who either doesn't understand me, or I can't understand them.

Boy is it time for us consumers to start a revolution.
