Nothing is worse than losing your cable TV due to a cut cable line. The biggest hassle is knowing that it is going to take the cable company an average of one week to come out and repair the cut cable line. We have tried to help make that process a little easier by collecting all of the contact information for the major cable TV companies and placed them here for your convenience. We recommend the following multi-level approach to dealing with the cable companies:
Level 1 – Call Centers
Level 2 – Company Websites
- All of the providers that we assist with have customer service numbers that you can call to place a repair order. Like most companies, they are automated. We will tell you how to bypass their automated systems.
- All of the providers that we assist with also have websites that allow you to place service orders online. These generally require you to create an account with the provider and really don’t do a good job of giving you confidence that the repair will take place on schedule.
